Established in 1997, the Ghanashyam Hemalata Institute of Technology and Management (GHITM) has trodden miles in disseminating  ‘quality’ technical education of a national standard. It has earned for itself a wide reputation as the ‘Center of Excellence’ with emphasis on the basic principle of ethics and leadership as enunciated and practiced by Sri Ghanashyam Jena, its founder and chairman.

The Institute, residential in nature, is sponsored and run by the Ghanashyam Hemalata Vidyamandir Society, a voluntary, and non-government organization that has launched a chain of educational institutions across the country.
